Primo Search

Click “ADVANCED SEARCH” for displaying the search panel.


This is the Advanced Search panel

You can choose the field(s) you would like to search for, e.g. "Title", "Author/Creator", etc. For more than 1 criteria, you may use “AND”, “OR” or “NOT” to formulate a search. In the example above, “AND” is used so that the search result has to meet both criteria at the same time. 

If you would like to add more criteria, simply click “ADD A NEW LINE
 

You can exclude items that contain specific words. To do so, type "NOT" (have to be capitalized) followed by the words to be excluded. 

The following example shows how to search for items with the phrase “Sherlock Holmes” and exclude those with the word “Conan Doyle”.

Or simply choose “NOT” in Advanced Search.
