After successfully logged in to the Booking System, you are then eligible to reserve and use the meeting rooms/booths. Simply follow the steps below to complete your reservation. If you would like to revise the steps for logging in again, simply go to the Login Booking System page to have a look.
1. After you login the booking system, click “Room” tab

2. Select a room that you want to make a booking request

3. Since the booking timetable is displayed, you can select their most preferable date and time and booking details to continue the booking process, select “Book”

4. The below image will be shown for confirmation when the booking request is successful

1. 在登入預約系統後,點擊左側“Room”按鍵

2. 選擇想要使用的會議室,點擊“Book”進入預約界面

3. 隨即會顯示可接受預約時間。用戶可選擇合適的日期以及時間,使用者,並點擊底部“Book”按鍵進行確認

After user login the booking system, click “event” tab. Select an event that you want to make a booking request
Note: Event information will be shown after an event is selected

1. 用戶可以預約一項活動或預約圖書館會議室的使用權限

在登入預約系統後,點擊左側“event”按鍵。選擇你想要參見的活動即可進行預約
注意: 活動信息會在選擇後展示。
