After you have placed a request, you may like to know the status of the request, whether it is still being processed and ready for download/pickup. This page demonstrate how you can check the status of your requests in your library account - My Library Record.
Click your name on the top right corner, then choose "My Request" to check the status of the requests placed.
For physical books:
You may track the progress of your requests via your Borrower Record under “REQUESTS”.
For digital copies of journal articles/book chapters:
You may check the progress of your requests via your Borrower Record under “REQUESTS”. You may download the file here if it is ready.
