RefWorks: RCM (Reference Citation Manager)

Install a small tool for Word, so that we can use RefWorks directly in Word to cite in the text and generate a complete bibliography 幫 Word 多裝一個小工具，讓我們可以直接在 Word 裡使用 RefWorks，進行文中引用並生出完整參考書目

• Open Microsoft Office Word (or any Word file) 打開 Microsoft Office Word（或任一個 Word 檔）

• Click on the function bar [Insert] > [Get Add-in] 點擊功能列〔插入〕＞〔取得增益集〕

• After connecting to the "Store", enter "RefWorks" in the search box on the left, and then click the magnifying glass icon 連到「市集」後，在左邊的搜尋框輸入「RefWorks」，再點放大鏡圖示

• After finding "RefWorks Citation Manager", click [Add] > [Continue] 找到「RefWorks Citation Manager」後，點擊〔新增〕＞〔繼續〕

• You can see that there is a new "RCM" tab in the upper function column. 可以看到上方功能列多了一個「RCM」的頁籤

1. Open Microsoft Office Word (or any Word file) 打開 Microsoft Office Word（或任一個 Word 檔）

2. Click on the function bar〔RCM 〕點擊功能列〔RCM〕

3. Click 〔RefWorks Citation Manager Press to open the sidebar〕點擊〔RefWorks Citation Manager Press to open the sidebar〕

4. In the RefWorks workspace that appears on the right, log in with your RefWorks account and password to start using it.  在右側出現的 RefWorks 工作區，登入 RefWorks 帳號密碼，即可開始使用

1. Reference material home page: Return to the bibliographic list

2. Citation mode: switch citation format

3. Project : Switch project

4. Documents and references: Synchronize with RefWorks to obtain the latest bibliographic list

5. References: Whether to display the references at the end of the article

• The default setting is closed. It is recommended to open it after all citations are completed.

1. 參考資料首頁：回到書目清單

2. 引文模式：切換引文格式

3. 專案：切換專案

4. 文件與參考資料：與RefWorks同步，取得最新書目清單

5. 參考書目：是否於文末顯示參考書目

• 預設為關閉，建議可於所有引文完成後再開啟
